Every member of Sea-Help will be towed “free of charge” to the next service facilities or crane/lift.
We will provide every Sea-Help member with a free jump start support at the location of the incident.
We will deliver “free of charge” up to 50 liters of fuel (petrol or diesel) to the emergency position of the Sea-Help member.
Fuel will be charged separately.
DELIVERY OF SPARE PARTS
We are supplying “free of charge” the requested part to the position (Impeller, belt, thermostat, water pumps, …)
The Hotline will try to organize the requested part as quickly as possible. The Sea-Help captain will collect and deliver it with a surcharge of 20%.
FREE TOWING IN CASE OF A LIGHT GROUDING
Every member of Sea-Help will be retrieved from the place of incident “free of charge”
The classification between minor to major ground contact is as follows: If the vessel is not more than 10cm above normal waterline out of the water and is seaworthy after being set free from the incident it is treated as a minor ground contact.
DISENGAGING OF LINES FROM THE PROPELLER
Every member of Sea-Help will receive the free service to remove ropes from the propellers, shafts and stern-gear.
TRANSPORT OF CREW 24H
Once a year every crew member will be transported free of charge to the next Harbor on shore!
In case of illness or injury Sea-Help Help Line is organizing ambulance or doctor.
Sea-Help is not a rescue organization, only transport can be organized.
ADVICE ON WEATHER INFOS
Our operators on Help line have access to the current local weather data and will be able to inform our members anytime free of charge.
THE SKIPPER MAGAZIN FROM SEA-HELP
Every member of Sea-Help receives once a year a magazine with lots of tips and information, such as recommendations for your next trip, restaurants, mooring fee guides and much more. Free at all Sea-Help service points and via PDF by email.
