New version of the SeaHelp app:
SeaHelp membership card
SeaHelp app version 4.06, published in early April, becomes a powerful nautical tool, not just for SeaHelp members, but for all skippers. Integrating SeaHelp membership card into the app, members always have their membership card at hand reach. Except for that, non-members who want to use functions of the app, can now access the drone footage with only one click through their smartphones. Except for that, programmers of the new version, added a few new useful upgrades.
„Saving the membership card into the app, SeaHelp follows the spirit of time. On one side, it reduces the use of plastics, on the other side, it also has a practical reason, because it literally makes wallets, already overloaded with cars, much lighter.“
Simple and easy to use: Structure of the menu inside the SeaHelp app. „That kind of active environment protection has its benefits for the individual“, explains SeaHelp director, Wolfgang Dauser.
Very practical and interesting for most skippers is the fact that the populas videos of diverse areas of the Adriatic, made with the help of drones, are already infiltrated in the app. After updating the app, drone footage can be found on a highlighted place in the option ‘Info’ in the map. Worthy support for skippers in the region: who doesn’t want to know how some anchorage or marina looks like beforehand?
To use this possibility, members of SeaHelp and of course users of the app should now check if the new update 4.06 is installed on their smartphone or tablet and manually start the installation to enforce all the new app features. It is especially important to check if the membership card with all the data has been correctly saved.
