To anticipate it: The 22nd Biograd Boat Show<\/a> in Croatia will take place from 21 October to 25 October. For visitors the risk to be infected with the Coronavirus might be relatively small, because as SeaHelp already reported in detail, both Austria and Germany downgraded the Croatian county Zadar, in which also Biograd lies, as risk areas. Exactly that means: Germany has withdrawn the partial travel warning for the Zadar region<\/a>, and no further measures such as quarantine or PCR testing are currently required for re-entry into Germany. Austria downgraded the region from warning level 6 to warning level 4<\/a> in time for the Biograd Boat Show. As of today, no further corona-related measures are required for Austrians after re-entry into their home country. The same applies to Slovenia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

22nd Biograd Boat Show with convincing Corona – safety concept<\/h2>\n

The organizer and promoter, the Ilirija dd., have additionally developed a comprehensive concept to guarantee a safe trade fair experience in Biograd despite the coronavirus pandemic. The organizer’s website states: “Ilirija has safely accommodated tourists in its facilities this season, and its experts are working closely with the Zadar County Civil Headquarters and epidemiologists to provide exhibitors and visitors with the highest safety standards”.<\/p>\n

Covid-19 tests for visitors<\/h2>\n

This statement can be taken quite seriously, because fair visitors who need Covid 19 tests can have them performed on Friday, October 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday, October 24 and 25 from 12 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the lobby of the Hotel Adriatic in Biograd<\/a>.<\/p>\n

City Biograd, Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Association support<\/h2>\n

The organizers of the Biograd Boat Show were supported by the city of Biograd, the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Croatian Tourist Board, which thus made the ambitious project possible in the first place in this unusual period, which is significantly influenced by the coronavirus.<\/p>\n

One may be nearly already safe that the Biograd Boat Show of this year will tie up smoothly to the successes of the past. According to reliable sources from the Interboot Friedrichshafen or the Nautilia Latisana, the exhibitors present were quite satisfied with the sales. Although the number of visitors at both trade fairs was lower than in the previous year, the majority of the visitors were serious potential buyers who concluded or initiated business during the trade fair. This should continue in a similar form at the Biograd Boat Show.<\/p>\n

Number of exhibitors almost at last year’s level<\/h2>\n

The number of exhibited boats also speaks for the optimism of the exhibitors of the Biograd Boat Show, as it is almost at the same level as last year. Only at Pier 6 there are slight gaps.<\/p>\n

Buying and networking<\/h2>\n

One of the most important events of the charter industry might represent also in this year on the Biograd Boat Show in Croatia the Croatia Charter Expo in hall D at the yacht port Kornati west and at the Pier 14. The exhibitor is sure that this event will be used again for successful networking. “The exhibiting charter companies have more than 1600 yachts under direct management and will meet with charter brokers and suppliers”, the organizer and promoter announced the Biograd Boat Show.<\/p>\n
