In the process, the current coordinates of the person in distress are transmitted directly to the operations center so as not to lose time unnecessarily. The <a title=\"SeaHelp emergency call app: rescue in the event of a breakdown, an emergency at sea.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sea-help.eu\/notruf-app-seahelp-apple-iphone-android\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SeaHelp app<\/a> is currently already being used on around 30,000 smartphones in the regions supported by SeaHelp.<\/p>\n<p>Telephone contact is of course also possible at any time without any problems. The 24-hour emergency call for all of Europe can be reached at any time at <span class=\"seahelp-help\"><strong><span class=\"seahelp-help\">0043 50 43 112<\/span><\/strong><\/span>. Alternatively, assistance can also be requested at any time by calling 00385 919 112 112 &#8211; in the unlikely event that there is ever a fault, or the networks are overloaded.<\/p>\n<h2>For general inquiries (non-emergency), calls should be made to the SeaHelp office during normal business hours<\/h2>\n<p>For <strong>general info or inquiries (<span class=\"seahelp-help\"><strong><span class=\"seahelp-help\">no emergencies<\/span><\/strong><\/span>)<\/strong> the helpline should not be dialed if possible, so that in case of breakdown the lines are not blocked.
