The port&#8217;s facilities are among the most modern, safest and best in Palma.<\/p>\n<p>The marina is located directly by the sea and offers a comprehensive range of services, including 24-hour security, seamanship, water and electricity, toilets and showers, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a comprehensive repair, maintenance and cleaning service for boats.<\/p>\n<p>It has now been announced that premium marina operator <a title=\"D-Marin Palma Cuarentena\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sea-help.eu\/en\/tag\/d-marin-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">D-Marin<\/a>, based in Athens, Greece, will take over the marina. <em>&#8220;With Marina Palma Cuarentena, we are further expanding our offering and following our strategic vision of creating a selection of premium marinas throughout the Mediterranean,&#8221;<\/em> said Oliver D\u00f6rschuck, CEO of D-Marin, at the presentation of the project in April.<\/p>\n<h2>It&#8217;s not far from Marina Palma Cuarentena to Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera<\/h2>\n<p>Palma de Mallorca is one of the &#8220;most iconic yachting destinations in the Mediterranean&#8221; and he is delighted to be able to offer his clients an &#8220;exceptional new location&#8221; that can connect them &#8220;seamlessly with the beauty of the Balearic Islands and beyond&#8221;. The location of Marina Palma Cuarentena offers &#8220;direct access to the beautiful Balearic Islands, including Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera&#8221;, making it an &#8220;excellent base for adventures in the Mediterranean&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>According to D-Marin, it has set itself the task of transforming Marina Palma Cuarentena into &#8220;more than just a marina&#8221;. Through &#8220;digital innovation, sustainable initiatives and a customer-centric approach&#8221;, D-Marin aims to &#8220;improve every aspect of the yachting experience and ensure that yacht owners and their guests can enjoy the highest standards of service and comfort in the future&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;As part of D-Marin, annual berth holders at Marina Palma Cuarentena can take advantage of the <a title=\"D-Marin Happy Berth Days program\" href=\"https:\/\/www.d-marin.com\/en\/offers\/happy-berth-days\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Happy Berth Days program<\/a>, which allows them to explore up to 20 different premium marinas in France, Italy, Malta, Croatia, Albania, Greece and Turkey,<\/em>&#8221; advertises D-Marin CEO D\u00f6rschuck.<\/p>\n<h2>Parallel to the takeover and redesign of the marina, Palma&#8217;s waterfront boulevard Paseo Mar\u00edtimo will be completely renovated<\/h2>\n<p>The takeover and redesign of Marina Palme Cuarentena goes hand in hand with the renovation of Palma&#8217;s Paseo Mar\u00edtimo waterfront boulevard: the first sections have already been opened to the public by the Port Authority of the Balearic Islands (APB) in Palma de Mallorca. Specifically, this involves the footpaths and cycle paths on the side facing the sea as well as the new lanes that are already being used by cars.<\/p>\n<p>The final inauguration of the new Paseo Mar\u00edtimo is scheduled for October &#8211; by which time the neighboring Club de Mar will also have been renovated. Until then, construction, embellishment and landscaping will continue.
