But the employees of the largest nautical breakdown service are not resting on this anniversary: three new emergency boats were already put into service in 2025, three more have been ordered and will start their work this year. In addition, two additional intervention bases are to be opened in Croatia in 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Despite the difficult times in which the water sports industry currently finds itself, Europe&#8217;s largest nautical breakdown service is consistently thinking \u2013 and acting \u2013 ahead. <em>\u201cThree new intervention boats put into service in 2025, and another three SeaHelp intervention boats that will start work in 2026, speak a clear language,\u201d<\/em> says SeaHelp Managing Director Wolfgang Dauser. <em>\u201cIn addition, we will open <strong>two additional intervention bases<\/strong> in Croatia in the coming season.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The extremely positive feedback from <a title=\"Become a SeaHelp member now!\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sea-help.eu\/en\/seahelp-membership-benefits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">members<\/a> who used the SeaHelp service last year, and the many good and encouraging conversations at the <a title=\"20 Years of SeaHelp - Anniversary Celebration in Punat\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sea-help.eu\/en\/news-seahelp-en\/20th-anniversary-celebration-of-seahelp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anniversary celebration in Punat<\/a> \u2013 which many long-standing SeaHelp members traveled to specifically from Austria and Germany \u2013 made him confident and would <em>\u201cconfirm to the entire SeaHelp crew that we are on the right track,\u201d<\/em> said Dauser.<\/p>\n<h2>Rigid-hull inflatable boats are known for their good stability, excellent handling characteristics, and safety<\/h2>\n<p>The new intervention boats, which were already delivered last season, are RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats) manufactured in Tunisia, known for their excellent stability, handling characteristics, and safety \u2013 even in rough seas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Further advantage:<\/strong> <em>\u201cthe RIBs supplied by RS Marine are lighter, faster, and more seaworthy than normal inflatable boats and are therefore particularly suitable for the requirements of a modern intervention boat,\u201d<\/em> says Wolfgang Dauser. The boats include an 8.7-meter-long <a title=\"Evok Marine\" href=\"https:\/\/www.evok-marine.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Evok<\/a> 875 \u201cProtector\u201d equipped with 2 x 250 hp Suzuki engines, an Evok 25 \u201cDefensor\u201d (7.5 meters long, 2 x 175 hp Suzuki), and an Evok 650 \u201cRaptor\u201d (6.5 meters long, equipped with a 140 hp outboard, also from Suzuki).<\/p>\n<h2>In addition, three more intervention boats were purchased \u2013 total investment: 350,000 euros<\/h2>\n<p>In addition, another boat for the new season was already relocated from the Baltic Sea to Croatia in October 2025; a slightly smaller intervention boat was purchased for the Gr\u00f6mitz operations center.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sea-help.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2026-03-28_seahelp-news_einsatzboote-generallueeberholung_06-750x750.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-67700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sea-help.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2026-03-28_seahelp-news_einsatzboote-generallueeberholung_06-750x750.jpg\" alt=\"SeaHelp -
