Recommendation of the authorities on the Coronavirus<\/h4>\n

On the homepage of the deutschen Ausw\u00e4rtigen Amtes<\/a> it says about the entry into Croatia because of the Coronavirus: “The spread of the respiratory disease COVID-19 has caused Croatia to impose quarantine measures and entry bans. Foreigners entering from highly infected areas, including the district of Heinsberg in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, are subject to a 14-day hospital quarantine. Travellers from the rest of Germany must enter a 14-day domestic quarantine upon arrival in Croatia. Foreign travellers who do not have access to domestic quarantine facilities will be refused entry into Croatia.<\/p>\n

Please check your travel plans and obtain information on the current entry regulations from the relevant Croatian embassy or consulate prior to departure.<\/p>\n

The \u00f6sterreichische Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Europ\u00e4ische und Internationale Angelegenheiten<\/a> reports on the subject of Croatia and Coronavirus:
\n“All persons wishing to enter the Republic of Croatia, who come from Austria and the countries listed below, will receive a notification from the Croatian border authorities, obliging them to undergo a 14-day self-isolation period.”<\/p>\n

Coronavirus – as the German Foreign Office announced today, Croatia has closed its borders. How long the measure will last has not yet been clarified. However, so far unconfirmed news is that the majority of hotels will probably not open until 1 June 2020 because of the Coronavirus. This date is initially subject to reservations.
