Navigation fee and tourist tax

In Croatia, in addition to the tourist tax, there is a “fee for safety of navigation” – also for dinghies longer than 2.5 meters or over 5 kW. This fee is sometimes called a vignette. Owners of vessels flying the Croatian flag receive an invoice by mail, and all others must pay it at port captains.
