PERMIT / VIGNETTE Croatia

Apply for a permit/vignette online, even if you are not a SeaHelp member

To navigate Croatian waters with recreational boats, an annual permit (also known as a vignette or permit) or, as it is called, “arrival notification for yachts or boats in the territorial waters of the Republic of Croatia” must be obtained from the harbor master’s office. Skippers must also pay a tourist tax, which is calculated based on the length of stay and boat length and can be paid online via https://nautika.evisitor.hr.

Save time and spare your nerves

Boat owners can save time and spare their nerves by paying for the permit through a SeaHelp partner company for a small processing fee. It is possible to extend, reapply for, or change the vignette. Our Croatian cooperation partner Mandinus d.o.o. will take care of the registration formalities for you. Once you have paid the fees, including the processing fee, you will receive confirmation of payment in the form of an e-vignette from the authorities via SeaHelp.

Alternatively, you can also apply directly via the Croatian portal e-Građani, but this requires your own digital signature and can be somewhat more complicated.

Getting your e-vignette is easy (processing time 3-5 business days)

Permit renewal, new registration, change
Step 1

If you decide to become a member of Europe’s largest breakdown service at sea, calculate your membership fee, including the application fee for the permit, here by entering your boat length.
If you do not wish to become a SeaHelp member and do not want to benefit from our free services for members, you can still obtain the permit for Croatia through us without becoming a member.

Step 2

Our partner Mandinus d.o.o. applies for the permit/vignette, sends the applicant the invoice (permit/vignette fee + application fee) for payment, including all necessary details (bank details, purpose of payment).

Step 3

The applicant transfers the cost invoice with the purpose of use (exactly as received from Mandinus d.o.o.) to Mandinus d.o.o., which then makes the payment to the Ministry (Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture) in Zagreb.

Step 4

After receipt of payment, Mandinus d.o.o. will receive the e-vignette and forward it to the applicant by email.
