New date for boot Düsseldorf 2021: April 17 to 25, 2021
As Messe Düsseldorf announced in a press release, boot Düsseldorf 2021 will take place from April 17 to 25. The original period from January 23 to 31 could not be realized due to the persistently high numbers of infections throughout Europe. Messe Düsseldorf is postponing boot after close consultation with its partners and exhibitors, who have supported the decision and voted for the new date. By announcing the new date early, Messe Düsseldorf is also giving exhibitors planning security for the preparation of their participation in the fair and the transport of their boats and yachts.
Messe boot Düsseldorf: Situation calms down towards spring
Exhibition boss Wolfram Diener is convinced that the new date of boot Düsseldorf sends a positive signal for the water sports industry: “At the moment we cannot estimate with certainty whether a trade fair in January 2021 can be realized. This is due both to the current infection rate, the still difficult travel situation and the existing guidelines according to which trade fairs cannot take place at the moment. In coordination with our boot Messerat and the associations, we have chosen the new date in April very carefully. Based on numerous expert statements, we assume that the situation will most likely calm down by spring 2021 as a result of the current measures in almost all European countries.”
