Sea Help was also more than satisfied with the show and wants to say thanks to the innumerable visitors who made sure that there was no place for boredom on the Sea Help booth in Hall 11.
All visitors benefited from a short visit to the Sea Help booth: not only could they find out more about the services provided by the breakdown service on sea, but they could also get a free copy of the SeaMagazine including valuable tips for amateur filmmakers and discounts for purchases at known partners. The new introduced bay-quiz was unexpectedly popular, with over 300 of participants. It nearly surpassed the query number for the always convenient and wanted SeaHelp Insurance .
Of course, the Sea Help booth was also very busy because the energetic Solectric team, which provided information on the use of drones in the private as well as in the emergency or official sector. Especially the thermal imaging technology for finding and rescuing missing persons was in focus of interest. However, the unbeatable star of the fair was the underwater drone Gladius. This handy underwater drone can do all sorts of things, from high quality underwater filming at depths of up to 100 meters to controlling anchor buoys and moorings, as well as inspecting charter boats returning from a cruise – the possibilities are almost unlimited.
The winners of the bay-quiz will be informed and receive their prices in the next few days.
Looking forward to the next show at the Austrian Boat Show – BOOT TULLN, held from March 7 to 10th, 2019. The SeaHelp booth can be found in hall 6, booth no. 657th.
